Edgerton, OH — This is the eighth of many installments on training sites in Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan.

Trainers Bob Rowland, Cathy and Eric Patalan, Phil Doty (assisted by Thad Doty), Tim S. Hall (assisted by Wayne Smith), Henry Gulley, and Marvin Craft all make use of private tracks in Southern Michigan to prep their horses while Dan Hoffman gets his stable of two ready at the Eaton County Fairgrounds in Charlotte.

Rowland has a stable of five at his farm track near Jackson, while the Patalans are educating four 2- and 3-year-olds at the Horse’n’Buggy Farm near Saline, Doty maintains a stable of two at his farm track near Osseo, and Hall, Gulley, and Craft have a total of seven at a training site near Cement City.
