from the Meadows Standardbred Owners Association

Washington, MD — The Meadows Standardbred Owners Association is pleased to announce that breedings to Well Said and Winning Mister have been donated and are being auctioned off to benefit the MSOA’s College Scholarship Fund.

Two of the sport’s leading breeders, Hanover Shoe Farms and Bob Key, have donated breedings for the second straight year. Well Said stands at Hanover Shoe Farms for a fee of $7,500. Winning Mister stands at Lindwood Farms for a fee of $6,000.

“These are two of the top breeders not only in Pennsylvania, but throughout the sport of harness racing,” said MSOA President Rich Gillock. “The MSOA cannot thank them enough for donating breedings to these two top-quality stallions. We are proud of our scholarship program here at the MSOA, and to have great partners like Hanover and Mr. Key supporting us is very important.”

Bidding is currently open on the website www.OnGait.com. Terms are 10 percent non-refundable down at the conclusion of the auctions, which will end April 1. The remainder is payable upon a live foal.
