East Rutherford, NJ — The Meadowlands Racetrack and Winners Bayonne OTW both reopened Wednesday (Jan. 27) at 11 a.m. for regular simulcasting after a nationwide tote system outage forced the facilities to close Tuesday.

Live harness racing at the Meadowlands resumes Friday (Jan. 29) with a 14-race program beginning at 6:35 p.m.
