Deerfield Beach, FL –– The American Harness Racing Secretaries annual meetings got underway Thursday morning at the Embassy Suites. Featuring most of the race secretaries, State Sire Stakes officials and staking service companies from throughout North America, the meetings taking place will all but finalize the 2016 stakes schedule on Saturday.
