Pompano Beach, FL — The first Monday night card of the season saw only one post-time favorite reach the winner’s circle at the Isle Casino Pompano Park, with the parade of longshots leaving a wake of carryovers into Tuesday night.

The 50-cent Pick-5 will feature a carryover of $1,982, with track officials placing a $7,500 guarantee on the total pool. The 50-cent Pick-5 is a nightly wager covering races one–five.

The pentafecta is a brand new wager for the 2015-16 season, featured on the fourth race of each live racing program. Fans must select the top five finishers in order, with the wager featuring a 20-cent minimum. Despite the even money favorite, On The Tab (Kevin Wallis), prevailing as the only winning favorite of the night, fans were unable to come up with the winning pentafecta combination. Tuesday night’s fourth race pentafecta pool will feature a $2,085 carryover and a $7,500 guaranteed pool.

The Pick-4 also went uncovered on Monday evening, leaving a healthy $5,645 carryover into Tuesday night. Track officials have placed an instant guarantee of $20,000 on the total pool. The Pick-4 is a nightly wager covering races six–nine, featuring a 50-cent minimum and an industry low takeout of only 12 percent.

Live racing continues at the Isle Casino Pompano Park on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday evenings with a first post of 7:30 p.m.
