Delaware, OH — Wagering on the first of two Little Brown Jug future wagering pools will start at 12 Noon Thursday, August 27 and continues through 11 p.m. Sunday, August 30 at racetracks and internet sites throughout North America and Europe.

North America’s leading pacer, Wiggle It Jiggleit has been installed at the 3-1 morning line favorite. The gelded son of Mr. Wiggles has won 16 of 18 starts this season and has banked more than $1.4 million. Wiggle It Jiggleit is owned by George Teague, Jr., driven by his son Montrell Teague and trained by Clyde Francis.

Wiggle It Jiggleit won the $706,000 Meadowlands Pace, $500,000 Max Hempt Final, $500,000 Battle of the Brandywine and the $405,000 Carl Milstein Memorial. The win in the Meadowlands Pace will allow his connections to supplement the pacer into the Little Brown Jug for $45,000.

The 9-2 second choice is the Adios Pace champion, Dude’s The Man. The American Ideal colt has won $562,791 for his owners, M & L of Delaware, LLC and Victoria Dickerson. The ultra-consistent colt has finished on the board in 11 of 12 seasonal starts.

In The Arsenal is the third choice at 6-1. White Birch Farm and In The Arsenal Racing own the son of American Ideal. In The Arsenal has six wins on the season and is approaching $800,000 in career earnings.

A team of harness racing analysts and handicappers have selected a group of 14 colts and geldings. The horses in each of the pools are listed in alphabetical order. The mutuel field consists of the remaining horses eligible to the 70th edition of the pacing classic.

The minimum future wager is $1.00 and all future wagers are win wagering only. The winner of each pool will be determined by the official first place finisher in the 2015 Little Brown Jug presented by Fazoli’s to be raced Thursday afternoon, September 24.

Last year Jug champion Limelight Beach paid $14.60 in the first pool and $45.60 in the second pool.

The second future pool will be from Sunday, September 20 through Wednesday, September 23.
