Columbus, OH — Scioto Downs and the Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association horsemen’s annual golf outing will be held Monday, July 13 at 1 p.m., at the Foxfire Golf Club. This is a shotgun event. Dinner will follow. Sponsorships are available for $100 per hole.
