New permanent membership cards for USTA members

by Jessica Schroeder, USTA Outreach & Membership Enrichment Coordinator

Columbus, OH — The USTA is currently in the process of rolling out a new, permanent membership card for current USTA members.

By renewing your USTA membership, you will receive either a confirmation e-mail of your membership renewal being completed (if you have an e-mail address on file) or a postcard in the mail confirming the completion of your membership renewal (for those without e-mail on file or who have opted out of receiving e-mails from the USTA).

The new, permanent membership cards will be mailed out to both renewing and new members monthly, so please allow six-eight weeks once your membership has been completed to receive your new, permanent card in the mail.

The new cards will list each USTA member’s name and number. Since these cards do not have expiration dates listed, be sure to hold onto them indefinitely.

Details about your membership, including your expiration date and any driver, trainer or officials licenses you may have, will be noted either in the e-mail or on the postcard verification that each member will receive. That same information, along with any current vision on file, will also be available ‘print on demand’ from each member’s My Account tab on the USTA website, available online by logging in at myaccount.ustrotting.com.
