Chester, PA — As part of the United States Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering Program, Harrah’s Philadelphia will begin offering a $5,000 guaranteed Pick-4 beginning on Sunday (May 3).

The takeout will be 15 percent and the wager starts with race seven.

Harrah’s Philadelphia races live every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday with a post time of 12:40 p.m.
