Once again Maven was unlucky in a draw for the post positions, as she drew post 10 in the Olympic Trot next Saturday in Gothenburg.

The Olympic Trot is the first big International stake race in Sweden in 2015 – a race with a purse of $175,000 for the winner and 10 horses have been invited to compete. Eight will race from the first tier behind the gate – and two from the second tier.

The draw for the post positions took place on live TV in Sweden and here are the starters:

2. Support Justice, Norway

3. Princess Grif, Italy

4. El Mago Pellini, Sweden

5. Obi-Wan, Denmark

6. B B S Sugarlight, Norway

7. On Track Piraten, Sweden

8. Oasis Bi, Sweden

9. Voltigeur de Myrt, France

10. Maven, United States

Support Justice is the likely favorite. The 6-year-old Norwegian trotter, who is sired by Kadabra, has raced three times this year in Norway and has won each time in very decent company.
