Chester, PA — Those planning to enter races for Pennsylvania owned horses during the 2015 season at The Downs at Mohegan Sun Pocono and Harrah’s Philadelphia must complete a residency affidavit to be eligible.

The form is available on the News page of the PHHA’s website, www.pahha.com. The original completed, notarized form must then be submitted to the PHHA offices in person or via registered mail.

The PHHA urges everyone to complete and submit the form immediately to ensure eligibility.
