No Satin Intended will be at Equine Affaire representing the Standardbred and is also available for adoption through the New Vocations program.

The USTA and Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association are co-sponsoring a booth in the breed pavilion at the Voinovich Center in booth spaces B47-48. One space will be a petting stall where retired racehorses Allamerican Legacy, No Satin Intended, Starry Night Star, Stud’s Hooligan and Theredandpanlines will be available to greet the public up close.

New Vocations Racehorse Adoption Program will have booth spaces around the corner, in B51-52, and have logo apparel available for sale to support their placement initiatives, along with listings of horses available for adoption, including No Satin Intended.

Standardbreds will also be presented in a variety of demonstrations, coordinated by New Vocations Standardbred trainer Jennifer Daniels, including:

  • Friday–12:45 p.m.–Youth Pavilion–Allamerican Legacy
  • Saturday–11 a.m.–Coliseum–Allamerican Legacy, Investor, Stud’s Hooligan and TR Amigo

A Standardbred will also be in the Horse & Farm Exhibit, in the Gilligan Complex, with information about owning racehorses and directing them to the breed pavilion and demonstrations for more information.

If you would like to attend Equine Affaire to see featured clinicians, breed presentations and to shop one of the largest horse-related trade shows in North America, event admission is $15 for adults and $8 for children ages 7-10 (those 6 years old and under get free admission). Show hours are 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Thursday-Saturday and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on Sunday. For more information, visit www.EquineAffaire.com.
