Nuncio is heading to Sweden to race.

World famous trotting trainer, driver and photographer Stefan “Tarzan” Melander owns Nuncio and has decided to race him in Sweden.

“There are many good races for Nuncio in Sweden,” Melander said in a story in Travronden — the famous Swedish weekly magazine.

Nuncio, who last year won the Yonkers Trot and Kentucky Futurity and was second in the Hambletonian, was trained by Jimmy Takter and has been a very consistent trotter.

He has raced 27 times, with 16 wins, 10 seconds and one third; took a mark of 1:50.4; and has lifetime earnings of $1,919,145.

Melander bought Nuncio for just $7,000 as a yearling.
