Saratoga Springs, NY — Subliminal Hanover (Art Major) overcame a first over journey to win the $25,000 Spa Loyalty claiming series final on Saturday night (Nov. 29) at Saratoga Casino and Raceway.

Subliminal Hanover won the Spa Loyalty claiming series final.

Subliminal Hanover was claimed last month and after a second and a fifth place finish in the series races, made the final.

The 1-1/16 mile pace was the perfect distance, as it turned out, for Subliminal Hanover who wound up scoring in 2:01.3 for driver Austin Siegelman.

Bangbangkisskiss (Bruce Aldrich Jr.) was the race’s frontrunner and held strong in the stretch before getting edged late by the winner. Celestial Dreams (Jordan Derue) closed for third.
