Two fairs join Ohio Racing Conference for 2015

Columbus, OH — The Ohio Fair Racing Conference (OFRC) welcomes Delaware County (Delaware, OH) and Union County (Marysville, OH) fairs as the newest fairs to join the Ohio Fair Racing Conference. Both fairs will be conducting races at the Scarlet level.
