Wilkes-Barre, PA — Individuals and stable members wishing to participate in the end-of-year bonus program at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs and Harrah’s Philadelphia must register by no later than Nov. 1, 2014.

Please note that all individual members of a registered stable must file in order for the stable to participate in the program. Failure of any member to register will render all members of that stable ineligible. If you are a member of a stable and unsure of your stable’s eligibility status, please contact our offices.

As in previous years, the program is open to qualifying Pennsylvania resident owners and trainers, except that win bonuses will be paid only on purses of less than $20,000.

To register, you must provide copies of the following: (1) state-issued PA driver’s license; (2) state-issued PA vehicle registration issued on or before Sept. 1, 2013; (3) previous year’s PA state income tax return and (4) copy of both sides of cancelled check for payment of PA state income taxes.

Failure to register by Nov. 1 will render the individual or stable ineligible for 2014. By registering, you agree that eligibility will be determined solely by the PHHA and that all determinations are final.

If mailing your documents, the envelope must be postmarked no later than Nov. 1. Any documents postmarked after that date will be rejected.
