Columbus, OH — This weekend’s Grand Circuit stakes at Vernon Downs, Mohawk Racetrack and Tioga Downs will be highlighted on this week’s edition of “Eye on Harness Racing Weekend Preview,” the United States Trotting Association’s twice-weekly online video news magazine.
