Columbus, OH — Duke Johnston, representing Balmoral and Maywood Park, and Illinois Harness Horsemen’s Association President David McCaffrey reached an agreement on Thursday (March 6) and racing will resume in Chicago next Friday (March 14).

The 16-month contract agreement continues through June 30, 2015.
