Coletta lawyers to inspect track at Harrah’s Philadelphia

Columbus, OH — The Associated Press is reporting that lawyers for driver Anthony Coletta, who was injured in a race on Nov. 17 at Harrah’s Philadelphia, have won court permission to inspect the condition of the track.

“We believe that there was a dangerous, unsafe condition that was permitted to exist and was not rectified,” said lawyer Michael Barrett, who represents Coletta and his parents.
