Jeffrey Brooks and Bulletproof Enterprises file for Judicial Review of ORC ruling

Toronto, ON — The Ontario Racing Commission has been advised that lawyers representing Jeffrey Brooks and Bulletproof Enterprises have filed an application for a Judicial Review of an ORC ruling.
As a result of the Judicial Review, the implementation of the Jeffrey Brooks and Bulletproof Enterprises ORC ruling will not proceed until the Court renders its decision.
