Wilkes-Barre, PA — In celebration of the 2013 Breeders Crown, and honoring 30 years of Breeders Crown champions, Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs, in partnership with the Hambletonian Society, will unveil the commemorative Breeders Crown gaming chips on Friday (Oct. 11).

The chips, designed over a six month period, feature the superstar Rock N Roll Heaven and driver Daniel Dube in the dominating stretch run from the 2010 Breeders Crown at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs. On the reverse side is the 30-year Breeders Crown logo. The chips are dated Oct. 19, 2013, and the denominations are $5 and $25.

The chips will be released in extremely limited quantity, and will be available on the gaming floor starting Friday (Oct. 11). One table in the smoking section and one table in the non-smoking section will feature the chips for purchase and gaming.

All 12 Breeders Crown championship races will be held at the renowned track in Northeast Pennsylvania on Saturday (Oct. 19). Post time is 5 p.m. Eliminations are set for this Friday and Saturday with the regular post time of 6:30 p.m.

The racetrack apron and grandstand seating, both complimentary, will open at 3 p.m. The VIP Tent and Patio can be accessed by tickets only, which are currently on sale through Ticketmaster.
