Unefoisdansmavie repeats in Meadows F&M trot

Washington, PA — Unperturbed by the sloppy, tiring surface, Unefoisdansmavie made it look easy once more, capturing her second straight in Thursday’s $18,000 Filly & Mare Preferred Handicap Trot at The Meadows.

Just as he did last week, Dave Palone sent Unefoisdansmavie to the front, where she repelled the first-over challenge of Trotslikethewind and downed her by 3-1/4 lengths in a sharp 1:53.3. Majic Trend, the winner’s stablemate, rallied for show.

Ron Burke trains the 6-year-old daughter of Revenue S-Peace To The World, who extended her career bankroll to $288,357, for Burke Racing Stable, Weaver Bruscemi LLC and Jack Piatt III.

Palone drove three winners on the 14-race card while Burke fashioned a four-bagger.
