Saratoga Springs, NY — Saratoga Casino and Raceway welcomes Michael L. Vild, who has joined the team after recently accepting the new General Counsel position.

In his new position, Vild will have responsibility for all legal and human resources matters for Saratoga Casino and Raceway and its affiliates, including the new Saratoga Casino Black Hawk in Colorado. The General Counsel position will be based at the casino in Saratoga Springs.

Vild previously represented both Delaware Park Racetrack and Casino in Delaware and Maryland’s Casino at Ocean Downs, serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel.

He is 1991 graduate of Notre Dame Law School and received his Bachelor of Music degree from The Ohio State University in 1988.
