Googoo Gaagaa is fifth in qualifier

Columbus, OH — World champion Googoo Gaagaa made his first appearance on the track for his 4-year-old season as the trotter finished fifth in a qualifying race on Tuesday morning (April 16) at Harrah’s Philadelphia.

With regular driver Corey Callahan at the lines for breeder/owner/trainer Richard Hans, Googoo Gaagaa started from post position six and sat fifth for the entire mile, finishing 11-1/2 lengths behind Looking Hanover, who won the qualifying race in 1:56.2 for trainer/driver Ed Gannon, Jr.

Googoo Gaagaa trotted his mile in 1:58.3, with a final quarter in :28.2.
