Silent auction for breedings

Edgerton, OH — The Defiance County (Ohio) Area Horsemen’s Association is holding a silent auction for breedings to numerous stallions. There are currently five Ohio pacing stallions, four Ohio trotting stallions, two Indiana pacing stallions, and three Indiana trotting stallions.

The pacing stallion Allamerican Captor (Jate Lobell-Can Du River) stands at Autumn Lane Farm of Thornville, Ohio. The pacing stallions A Stud Named Sue (Laag-Rule Model) and Indian Fever (Nobleland Sam-Hey Lady) both stand at Webb Stables of Defiance, Ohio, while the pacing stallions KF St Patrick (Nobleland Sam-KF Pro’s Lady) and Up Front Charlie (Dragon Again-Lovin Yankee) both stand at TP Stable of Canton, Ohio.

The trotting stallion Cayenne Turbo (Angus Hall-Tarport Maggie) stands at Raimonde Farms of Wooster, Ohio. The trotting stallion Iron Duke (Muscles Yankee-Witching Wind) stands at Sunrise Stable of Garrettsville, Ohio. The trotting stallion Keystone Savage (Yankee Glide-Keystone Suzie Q) stands at Sugar Valley Farm of Delaware, Ohio, while the trotting stallion Superstar Sahbra (Supergill-Supreme Sahbra) stands at TP Stable of Canton, Ohio.

The pacing stallion Palone Ranger (Western Ideal-Mercy Mercy Mercy) stands at Ivy Lane Farm of Goshen, Ind. The pacing stallion Pro North (Northern Luck-Twin B Knockout) stands at Dojea Stables of Wolcottville, Ind.

The trotting stallions Airzoom Lindy (Cantab Hall-True Diva) and Cincinnati Kid (Angus Hall-Desert Ivey) both stand at Ivy Lane Farm of Goshen, Ind. The trotting stallion Got That Look (Yankee Glide-Pine Chime) stands at Dojea Stables of Wolcottville, Ind.

The first semen transport on Cayenne Turbo will be free. There is live cover only on Pro North and Got That Look, but there will be ten days of free board for the mare.

Bids will be taken on all stallions until 7 p.m. on Friday (April 19). At that time, the person with the second-highest bid will have a chance to raise his or her bid. The bidding will continue between the two highest bidders until one drops out. Should there be any stallions receiving no bids prior to 7 p.m. on April 19, silent bids on those stallions only will be taken at the Association’s Reverse Raffle on Saturday (April 20).
