Northfield, OH — Northfield Park is seeking a limited number of new stables that are interested in relocating to Ohio this spring. Barns with qualified horses that are ready to drop in the entry box will receive first preference.

Northfield’s purses were increased by ten percent on March 1 and will certainly be increased substantially when the Hard Rock Rocksino at Northfield Park begins operation. The Rocksino is currently under construction just in front of the racetrack and is scheduled to open for business this December.

Stall rent is free at Northfield to all stables which average at least two starts per month from their allotted number of stalls. A groom’s dormitory on the backstretch also has a limited number of rooms available.
