The Raceway at Western Fair District hands out hardware

London, ON —The Raceway at The Western Fair District held its annual awards ceremony on Saturday at The Carousel Room at The Raceway as they honored the top performers from 2012. This year’s event featured a James Bond theme and large crowd turned out to enjoy the evening.

Trevor Henry took home Driver of the Year honors.

Indiana Hall (Older Trotter), Just One Day (Older Female Trotter) and Trevor Henry (Driver) all took home honours for the second straight year. Henry was coming off a season which saw him capture his first ever national driver’s title with 533 wins.

The annual Walltyme Stable Lifetime Achievement Award was the lone surprise category of the night, and this year went to the husband and wife team of Scott and Kim McNiven.
