Charles William “Bill” Evilsizor, 85, dies

Columbus, OH — Charles William “Bill” Evilsizor, 85, of Urbana, Ohio, died Nov. 21, 2012, at Vancrest of Urbana.

Mr. Evilsizor was born in Champaign County on Sept. 6, 1927, the son of Luther James and Mary (Comer) Evilsizor. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church and was an owner, trainer and driver of Standardbred.

He is survived by his daughters, Tami (Don) Troyer, Shelley Wallace and Lori (Jim) Gawronski; son, Jerry (Karen); grandchildren, Toby Troyer, Chad Troyer, Laurel (Toby) Taylor, Madison Gawronski, Jason, Ryan, Andrew and Edward; great-grandchildren, Reid Taylor, Ella Taylor and Gracie Troyer; nieces and nephews, Sherry Pyle, Debi Grimm, Greg Boyer and Todd Watson; great nieces; great nephews; mother of his children, Sharon (Crabill) Evilsizor; and special friend, Sue Warga. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Elizabeth Boyer and Betty Watson; and nephew, Jeff Watson.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Walter and Smith Funeral Home, 642 S. Main St., Urbana, is serving the family.
