Columbus, OH — Forrest Gerry III, 58, died August 23, 2012, in Delaware.

Mr. Gerry was a 1971 graduate of Uniondale High School and attended the University of Pennsylvania where he earned a degree in veterinary medicine.

The son of the late Forrest Gerry, Jr. was a member of the USTA and was a licensed driver.

He is survived by his companion of 20 years, Deanne Rinnier; mother, Carolyn; sisters, Carol (Joseph) Radonis and Cheryl (James) Mills; and nephews, Tyler, James, Michael and Brendan.
