Big Chocolate qualifies at Balmoral

Crete, IL — Big Chocolate, the Hambletonian candidate from Homer Hochstetler’s barn, qualified Wednesday morning (April 18) at Balmoral in 1:56.4 with trainer Hochstetler driving and owner Richard Keys looking on.
Big Chocolate was very impressive, trotting easily with fractions of :29.2, :58.2 and 1:27.4 while winning by 13-3/4 lengths.
