Washington Court House, OH — Dan Schlichter Auctions will be selling for the heirs of the late Eddie Kirk of Washington Court House, Ohio, the high wheeled sulky pulled by the Pacer Sleepy Tom and driven by Stephen Phillips when he set a pacing record of 2:12-1/4 in 1879.

We will sell this sulky at auction March 3.

The Kirks had the sulky professionally refurbished by the Amish and it is in excellent condition.
