Portland, IN — A harness racing equipment and horse trailer sale will be held at the Jay County Fairgrounds in Portland, Ind., in the Women’s Building on Saturday (February 4) at 10 a.m.

Consignments will be accepted on Friday (February 3) between 4–6 p.m. and prior to sale time on Saturday (February 4).
