Yonkers, NY — Yonkers Raceway has announced its early 2012 draw schedule for the season which begins — pending approval of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board — Friday night, Jan. 13.

Monday 1/9–Friday 1/13–9 a.m.
Tuesday 1/10–Saturday 1/14–9 a.m.
Wednesday 1/11–Monday 1/16–9 a.m.
Thursday 1/12–Tuesday 1/17–9 a.m.
Friday 1/13–Thursday 1/19–4 p.m.

Note that beginning Friday, Jan. 13, Yonkers returns to its regular draw schedule. Also note that from Jan. 9-12, race office hours are from 8 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

Qualifiers for Friday, Jan. 13, are to be drawn Thursday, Jan. 12 (box closes at 9 a.m.). All driver changes/scratches close at 10 a.m. the day after the draw, with the exception of the Tuesday (Jan. 17) card, closing at the regular time (Friday, Jan. 13, at 10 p.m.).
