Washington, PA — Chaplain Waverly Parsons is asking any horsemen that may have extra hay to sell or donate to horses struggling due to drought in Texas and Oklahoma to contact him as soon as possible.

He has secured trucking and has already started shipping hay from Michigan, Wisconsin and other locations into the drought-stricken areas.
