Saratoga Springs, NY — Dandy Di, with trainer/driver Chris Lems in the bike, captured Sunday’s (Nov. 20) featured $16,000 Fillies & Mares Open Pace at Saratoga.

Dandy Di was a winner in 1:54.4.

Owned by Robert Lems, the 6-year-old R C Sammy’s mare posted a winning time of 1:54.4 from post position three and returned $30.80, $7.80 and $6.10 at the betting windows.

Dandy Di overcame a first over trip and was a one length winner over favored Bet On Luck (Dan Cappello, Jr.), with Eagle Way (Chris Long) finishing third.
