Columbus, OH — The parent company of Indiana Downs in Shelbyville is reorganizing under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

According to an Associated Press story, Indianapolis Downs LLC filed its bankruptcy petition on Thursday (April 7) in federal court in Delaware. The company says both the racetrack and its casino will continue to operate normally during the restructuring.
