Springfield, IL — The Illinois Standardbred Owners and Breeders Association will not be taking stakes payments for any of its events until further notice.

Any Feb. 15 payments that have been made will be returned.

Options are being analyzed as to the future of the various stakes sponsored by ISOBA. A complete report will be made in the near future.
