Dover, DE — Photo Maxx was strongest in the stretch to win the $26,000 Open Handicap Trot on another windy and cold Wednesday at Dover Downs.

Photo Maxx scored in 1:56.2 in the Open Handicap Trot at Dover.

In a flash, the Lauren Allen owned and trained Photo Maxx came jetting down the outside to overtake front-trotting Starsel and Daryl Bier in deep stretch to score a 1:56.2 victory in the week’s top trot. Cold Winner with Yannick Gingras was the show finisher.

Mike Cole drove Photo Maxx, an altered son of SJ’s Photo-Affinity, to his fourth win of the year, bringing his seasonal earnings to $89,684.
