Osborne’s Sweeper tapped Ohio’s best in October

Delaware, OH — Based on a pair of victories in the Ohio Sire Stakes, Osborne’s Sweeper was tapped as the state’s best in October by the Ohio Chapter of the United States Harness Writers Association.

The freshman daughter of On The Attack-Myopia’s Mop won the final $19,000 OSS leg at Northfield Park on October 1 in 1:55.4. Just eight days later, Osborne’s Sweeper overcame an interference break at the quarter pole and rallied to win the $75,000 OSS Final at Lebanon Raceway in 2:00.4.

Osborne’s Sweeper is owned by Jerome T. Osborne, was bred by Midland Acres and is conditioned by Eric Hamlet. She earned $101,502 on the season with six wins in nine seasonal starts.
