Columbus, OH — Martha Frances Brown, 74, of Lewisburg, Tenn., died August 25, 2010 in Nashville, Tennessee.

Mrs. Brown was born in Marshall County and was a daughter of the late Ambrous Thomas and Bessie Sue Hayes Wilson. She was a registered nurse having graduated from St. Thomas School of Nursing in 1957.

Since 1984, she, along with her husband, John E. Brown, were the owners of Sunny Brook Home, Inc. in the Farmington Community.

Mrs. Brown was a very active and long time member of Farmington United Methodist Church.

She was a member of the USTA and the Christian Harness Horsemen’s Association. Mrs. Brown and her husband bred and raced Standardbreds since 1972.

Mrs. Brown is survived by her husband of 38 years, John; daughter, Laurie; sons, Gregory, John and Roger; and grandchildren, Christopher Montoya, Martha Katelin Brown, Bryce and Mallory.
