Detention barn required for Little Brown Jug and Jugette starters

Delaware, OH — All horses that compete in either the Little Brown Jug or Jugette are placed in a detention barn and are required to remain in detention until the completion of the race.

The Jugette Barn will be open for stabling on Saturday, Sept. 18. All Jugette horses entered in the race must be stabled in the Jugette Barn not later than 11 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 20.

The Jug Barn will be open for stabling on Saturday, Sept. 18. All Jug horses entered in the race must be stabled in the Jug Barn not later than 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 21.

A copy of the Detention Policies and Procedures that have been adopted by the Delaware County Fair and The Little Brown Jug Society is posted on the Little Brown website homepage at www.littlebrownjug.com.

The declaration box for the Jugette closes at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 17. The declaration box for the Jug closes at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 18.
