Arrangements announced for Ronnie Williams

Columbus, OH — Arrangements have been announced for Ronnie W. Williams, 54, of Lebanon, Ohio, who died Dec. 5, 2009, during a fire at Lebanon Raceway.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 17, from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m., with a memorial service following at 12 p.m., all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home in Lebanon.

Born in Hamilton, Ohio, on November 7, 1955, to George and Nahlia “Boots” Williams, Mr. Williams was an avid horseman for more than 30 years and at the time of his death was employed by the Kayne Kauffman Stable at Lebanon Raceway. He also worked for several Grand Circuit Stables over the years.

Mr. Williams is survived by his sisters, Theresa Scott, Kathi (Stan) Campbell, Diane, Rita (Bill) Long, and Donna; eight nieces; two nephews; and several great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Francis “Skeet” and Georgie Jr.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
