Free gifts at ‘Horses 2009’

New Brunswick, NJ — The Equine Science Center’s “Horses 2009” educational conference, scheduled for March 28 and 29 at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, will feature dozens of well known partners and sponsors, a stellar program of speakers, and gifts and giveaways for all.

The conference takes place starting at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 28, and 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 29. Registration for one day is $75 for adults and $35 for students/youth. The Equine Science Center’s “Horses 2009” conference is a wide-ranging educational event tailored to both new and experienced horse owners and those thinking about buying their first horse; to horse farm owners and managers; to professionals in the horse industry; to veterinarians and veterinary medical personnel (with CE credits available); and to all individuals who have an interest in horses and their well-being.

Heading the list of prizes will be two handcrafted, full size, wooden tack trunks with solid brass fittings donated by Rick Wills of Rick’s Saddle Shop in Cream Ridge and Englishtown, N.J. A lucky conference delegate will be awarded one of the trunks at the end of each day of the event. In addition, Rick’s will be awarding a number of $100 and $50 gift certificates to delegates and will offer many other giveaways at “Horses 2009.”
