York, PA — For the past three years, Peninsula Farm leased the 130 acre farm owned by Jon and Leeanna Wiesman; as of March 1, 2009, Jonalee Farms is once again open for business, working with Mauro Biasuzzi.

Mr. Biasuzzi has a desire to build an exclusive group of trotting mares based in North American; Jon Wiesman managed the breeding program for Al Libfeld for 12-plus years, producing some great trotters.

“It will be an honor to work with Mauro just as it was with Al,” said Jon Wiesman. “After a three year hiatus, the challenge to once again breed for the world stage is a real exciting opportunity.”
