Ft. Washington, MD — All horses shipping in to qualify or race on Saturday (Dec. 20) at Rosecroft are required to have a 24-hour health certificate in order to get on the grounds.

This includes Maryland trained horses shipping in.

Health certificates are to be presented at the stable gate. Anyone not having the proper paperwork will not be allowed access to the backstretch.
