Lexington, KY — Fox Valley Barzgar 2,1:50.2, will stand at Walnut Hall Ltd., Lexington, Kentucky, beginning with the 2008 breeding season. The announcement was made by Alan J. Leavitt, President and General Manager of Walnut Hall Ltd., which is owned by his wife, Meg Jewett.

One of the fastest 2-year-old pacers of all time, Fox Valley Barzgar took his record of 1:50.2 in winning the $410,000 Woodrow Wilson Pace at The Meadowlands, where he cut the entire mile, winning by three lengths. He won a total of five races in 1:52 or faster at 2, always by open lengths, always with fast last quarters. He was especially impressive in the Governor’s Cup at Du Quoin when he scored by 7-3/4 lengths in 1:51, last quarter in :28.

A son of Incredible Finale, out of Slammin Annie, by Sportmaster, Fox Valley Barzgar is a perfect outcross for virtually all of the other leading sire lines of the present day. He will stand at Walnut Hall Ltd. for an introductory fee of $2,500, and his foals will be eligible to the rich new Kentucky Sires Stakes, now offering three legs of $50,000 each and guaranteed finals of $300,000.
