Celina, OH — It was a big night of Signature Series racing at the Preble County Fair in Eaton, Ohio. Four divisions of races took place on Sunday night, July 29, two trotting events and two pacing events. Driver Sam Noble III had a big night, winning three of the four divisions in a busy night for the Series.

In the first trot division of the night in the Signature Series Trot, De Niro G, driven and owned by Dein Spriggs, won in a time of 2:04.3, nipping My Victory Song. It was the third straight SS win for De Niro G and it gives him a solid lead for the Signature Series Trot Championship, leading by 13 points.

In the second division of the Signature Series Trot, John Stevenson, driven by Sam Noble III and owned by James and Billy Crane, won in a time of 2:02.3, nipping both Mac Port and Callico Cat. This was John Stevenson’s first event of the year in the Series.

On the pace side, in the first division, Rock Sensation, driven by Sam Noble III and owned by Lorna Roach, won in the fastest time of the night in 1:58.2 over second place finisher Lotsabelief.

In the second division, three-time defending SS pace champion Tattler’s Jet, driven by Sam Noble III and owned by David Carter, won in a time of 1:59 over Lusty Me.

Next up for the Signature Series are races at the Auglaize County Fair in Wapakoneta on July 31-August 1 and at the Greene County Fair in Xenia on August 1-2.
