Columbus, OH — West Brook, a 3-year-old trotting gelding from Wonder Dancer’s small first crop (19), won at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs in 1:58.4 on Tuesday, April 24.
This is the first pari-mutuel win in the siring career of Wonder Dancer. Last summer his 2-year-old made quite a statement on the Pennsylvania Fair Circuit.
Brian and Ken Groff own the trotting stallion. He has stood in Pennsylvania for the past four years at Nandi Farm in New Freedom. In 2007, the Groffs chose to stand him in Maryland at Fox Den Farm in Union Bridge.
