Shake Away was a head winner in the Harrington feature.
The 7-year-old Dream Away mare initally pulled second-over approaching the half-mile, but got rough-gaited and was taken back to last in the six horse field.
Remarkably, she regained composure with driver Jim King, Jr. and followed second-over Ultimate Bet on the final turn and surged by late for the win. Ultimate Bet was second with Yada Yada Yada A third.
In the sub-featured divisions of the Mares Junior Open, Joyce Keeler, Kathleen Keeler and Linda Keeler’s Ladyfield (1:55.1, Tony Morgan) won her fifth straight race, while K & R Racing, Teague Inc., Double Down Stables and George Foreman’s Future Destiny (1:55.1, Jim Morand) earned her first win in two starts this year.
