FREEHOLD, NJ – – Ram Racing Stables’ Bon Voyage made every pole a winning one as she captured the $85,000 final of the New Jersey Sire Stakes for NJ-sired juvenile trotting fillies at Freehold Raceway on Wednesday.

Bon Voyage, a daughter of Dream Vacation trained by Jonas Czernyson, cut fractions of 28.3, 59, 1:28.2, en route to a six length tally in a final time of 1:57.2. Heathers Dream (Duke Sugg) finished second, one-half length ahead of Color Schemes (Jim Marshall III), who checked in third.

The victory was the third in four career starts for Bon Voyage, who was driven to victory by David Miller. Sent postward as the 3-2 favorite coupled in the wagering with Kid Connection, Bon Voyage returned $5.00 to win.

On the undercard, Barry Goldstein’s Emantee drew clear to a 14 and one-quarter length win in the New Jersey Sire Stakes Green Acres series with Brian Sears in the sulky.

The Banker Hall filly led throughout, posting splits of 29.1, 59.1, 1:29.1, before stopping the timer in 1:59.2, which equaled the Green Acres record for juvenile trotting fillies set by Ticket To Glide in 2004.
